Damaged and/or Faulty items
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please accept our apologies. Please contact us and we will advise how to return the item to us for a recplacement or refund. We will also refund the cost of returning the item to us, full details will be included in our reply.
Alternatively, you can raise a returns request in the 'My Account' section of our website. Again, full details of our returns information will then be sent to you to allow you to return the item to us.
If you wish to return an unwanted item to us, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us, or initiate a return within the 'My account' section of the website. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
However, if the item(s) to be returned are either too large to fit into a Royal Mail Small Parcel size or are more than 1kg in weight we may be able to issue you with a pre-paid reuturns label to return the item to us. If a pre-paid returns label is issed, the cost of which will be advised to you, we can deduct the cost from your refund, or where a replacement is requested, the cost of the pre-paid label will need to be paid before the replacement is dispatched to you.
